摘 要:本研究旨在解决衡量胶印机叼纸牙工作性能的关键技术难题——咬力的准确检测问题。为此,设计基于LabVIEW与Arduino平台的无线压力检测系统。在方法上,系统采用上位机的LabVIEW软件进行数据处理,Arduino控制单元作为核心,压力传感器进行数据采集,最后通过ESP8266通信模块实现数据的无线传输。研究结果表明,该系统能够有效提高咬力检测的准确度,且具有成本低廉、便携性好的优点,对于印刷设备的数字化升级具有实际应用价值。结论是,本系统成功实现了研究目的,为叼纸牙压力检测提供了一种新的解决方案,并推动了传统印刷设备向数字化转型的进程。This study aims to address the pivotal technical issue of accurately measuring the working performance of gripper bites in offset printing machines—bite force detection.To this end,a wireless pressure detection system based on LabVIEW and the Arduino platform has been proposed.Methodologically,the system utilizes LabVIEW software on the host computer for data processing,with the Arduino control unit serving as the core,pressure sensors for data acquisition,and the ESP8266 communication module to facilitate wireless data transmission.The results show that the system can effectively enhance the accuracy of bite force measurement and features advantages such as low cost and good portability,offering practical application value for the digital upgrade of printing equipment.In conclusion,the system has successfully achieved the research objective,providing a novel solution for the detection of gripper bite force and promoting the digital transformation of traditional printing apparatus.
