西黄胶囊联合DP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析西黄胶囊联合多西他赛+顺铂(DP)方案同步放化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者客观缓解率及循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)水平的影响。方法:选取从2019-06-2022-06本院收治的中晚期NSCLC患者156例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组(DP化疗)和观察组(西黄胶囊联合DP化疗),每组78例。对比两组患者客观缓解率(ORP)、生存质量评分及CTCs水平。结果:治疗后观察组患者ORR高于对照组(P<0.05),CTCs水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组生存质量评分(情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、整体生活功能)显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对中晚期NSCLC患者采用西黄胶囊联合DP化疗方案同步治疗效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the impacts of Xihuang capsules combined with docetaxel and cisplatin(DP)regimen simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the objective response rate and circulating tumor cells(CTCs)level in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 156 patients with advanced NSCLC from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(DP chemotherapy)and observation group(Xihuang capsule combined with DP chemotherapy)according to different treatment methods,with 78 cases in each group.Objective response rate,quality of life score and CTCs level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the objective remission rate(ORR)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the level of CTCs was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores(emotional function,role function,physical function,cognitive function,social function,and overall life function scores)were obviously increased,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically obvious difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xihuang capsule and docetaxel(DP)chemotherapy regimen has a obvious therapeutic effect on advanced NSCLC patients,which is worth promoting and applying.
