摘　　要：全国大、中专院校都已基本实现教务管理的信息化应用,但实施程度不一。随着各院校的招生、专业建设和人才培养等方面的相关政策发生递进式改革,院校教务部门服务对象和方式也在同步进行多样性改变。各院校经过多年的发展,对正在使用的旧教务管理系统进行更新换代已成为常见现象。文章针对在系统变更交替期间存在的问题提出一种应用WPS表单功能实现学籍管理的新方式,并在系统无法正常使用期间保障学籍管理工作的正常运行。文章旨在为各院校系统交替时存在上述困扰的情景提供解决方案参考。The colleges and universities across the country have implemented different degrees of educational admin-istration information application.With the progressive reform of policies related to enrollment,professional construc-tion,and talents cultivation,the service objects and methods of the colleges academic affairs department are also un-dergoing diverse changes simultaneously.After many years of development,it has become a common phenomenon for colleges to update and replace the old academic management systems they are currently using.This article propos-es a new method of implementing students status management using WPS form functionality to address the issues that exist during system change alternation,and ensures the normal operation of students status management work during periods when the system cannot be used normally.Intended to provide solutions and references for scenarios where the abovementioned difficulties exist during the alternation of college systems.
