摘 要:随着鼓励创新创业、激发人才创造力的氛围逐渐形成,科技人才可以通过多种方式将智力资本转化为财富。其中,科技创业对智力资本的增值效果吸引了科技人才参与。在创业的探索期、初创期和存活期,科技创业者因不同的智力资本转化方式、灵活的组织关系支持和个人价值认同而分化出发明家、创业家和企业家三种角色类型。角色分化现象说明科技人才并不固定于单一角色来发挥智力资本的价值,科技创业并非以将企业做大做强为唯一目的,在此过程中,科技人才可以带着多种角色有序流动,实现智力资本的有效转化。With an atmosphere that encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship,and stimulating talent’s creativity gradually take shape,scientific and technological talents can transform intellectual capital into wealth in a variety of ways.Among these,the value-added effect of technological entrepreneurship on intellectual capital has attracted talents to start-ups.During the exploration period,start-up period,and survival period of entrepreneurship,technology entrepreneurs differentiate into three role types:inventor,entrepreneur,and leader of start-ups due to different intellectual capital conversion mechanisms,organizational relationship support,and personal value recognition.The phenomenon of role differentiation shows that scientific and technological talents are not trapped in a single role to maximize the value of intellectual capital.Therefore,making the enterprise bigger and stronger is not the sole purpose of technological entrepreneurship.Instead,talents can take on a variety of roles to flow among different projects,and effectively transform intellectual capital during the process of technological entrepreneurship.We should pay attention that the atmosphere to tolerate failure and encourage diversified talents can draw on the talents’strengths in developing new productive forces.
