摘  要:针对辽宁科技大学化学工程与工艺专业实验部分教学内容更新不及时,无法与目前专业前沿知识和先进分析表征技术同步的现状,设计开发了生物质基碳纳米管的制备、结构表征及性能研究的综合设计性实验项目。通过文献查阅、实验方案设计、样品制备和检测、数据分析等教学环节,培养学生运用专业理论知识和基础实验技能来解决煤化工和化工相关领域中实际问题的能力。全面提升学生的动手能力、思辨能力和综合问题分析能力,从而满足工程教育专业认证背景下对于人才培养的要求。In view of the situation that the experimental teaching content of Chemical Engineering and Technology major in University of Science and Technology Liaoning is not updated in time and cannot synchronize with modern enterprise technology and the most advanced professional knowledge,a comprehensive design experiment project on the preparation and characterization of biomass based carbon nanotubes has been developed.Through the teaching links of literature review,experimental scheme design,sample preparation,sample testing data analysis and so on,cultivating students’ability to solve practical problems in coal chemical and chemical related fields by using theoretical knowledge and basic experimental skills.Comprehensively improving students'practical ability,thinking ability and comprehensive problem analysis ability,so as to meet the requirements of talent training under the background of engineering education professional certification.
