摘　　要：目的分析卵巢恶性Brenner瘤(MBT)的临床病理特点,并复习文献,加强对卵巢恶性Brenner瘤的认识。方法对2017年12月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的1例卵巢恶性Brenner瘤进行临床病理分析并复习相关文献,总结目前国内外诊断及治疗的进展。结果患者经组织病理学及免疫组织化学标记确诊,免疫组织化学显示细胞角蛋白7、细胞角蛋白5/6、P63、肾母细胞瘤、P53均表达阳性,细胞角蛋白、雌激素受体、配对盒基因8、天冬氨酸蛋白酶A表达阴性。结论该类疾病临床表现及影像学表现缺乏特异性,诊断依靠组织病理学及免疫组织化学标记物,需注意与其他卵巢癌鉴别,手术切除是主要的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic features of malignant Brenner tumor(MBT)of the ovary and to review the literature in order to enhance the understanding of MBT.Methods A case of malignant Brenner′s tumor of the ovary admitted to Xinglin branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University in December 2017 was analyzed clinicopathologically and the related literature was reviewed.Results The expres-sion of CK7,CK56,P63,WT1,P53 were all positive,while the expression of CK20,ER,PAX8,Napsin A were negative in the histopathology.Conclusion The clinical and imaging manifestations of ovarian cancer are lack of specificity.The diagnosis depends on histopathology and immunohistochemical markers,and should be differentiat-ed from other ovarian cancers.Surgical resection is the main treatment.
