摘  要:制备一款中药抑菌止痒喷雾,通过抑菌性能检测和建立小鼠瘙痒模型来检验其抑菌性能和止痒效果。按照GB 15979—2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C中产品抑菌性能试验方法检测抑菌止痒喷雾的抑菌效果,采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)丙酮溶液连续给药7 d建立小鼠瘙痒模型,分别进行低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组连续给药,考察其止痒效果。结果显示,中剂量组、高剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌有较强的抑菌性能;小鼠瘙痒模型给予抑菌止痒喷雾后,与正常组及阳性对照组比较,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组的皮肤肿胀度及皮肤变应性评分降低明显。通过本实验可知,抑菌止痒喷雾中剂量组、高剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌有较强的抑菌性能;抑菌止痒喷雾低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组对小鼠瘙痒模型有一定的止痒效果。Objective:A Chinese medicinal antibacterial and antipruritic spray was formulated and evaluated for its antibacterial efficacy and antipruritic effects through antibacterial testing and the establishment of a mouse itch model.Methods:The bacteriostatic effect of bacteriostatic and antipruritic spray was tested using the method described in Appendix C of GB 15979-2002 Hygienic Standard for Disposable Hygienic Products;A mouse itching model was established by continuously administering 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)acetone solution for 7 days.The low-dose group,medium dose group,and high-dose group were administered continuously to investigate their anti-itching effect.Result:The medium dose and high dose groups had strong antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans;After administering the antibacterial and antipruritic spray to the mouse itching model,the skin swelling degree and skin allergy score of the low-dose,middle-dose,and high-dose groups decreased significantly compared to those of the normal and positive control groups.Conclusion:The medium and high dose groups of the antibacterial and antipruritic spray exhibited strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans.Additionally,the low,middle,and high doses of the antibacterial and antipruritic spray demonstrated certain antipruritic effects in the mouse itch model.
