摘　　要：营口职业技术学院师范教育学院实训中心依托学校省示范校建设背景,重视信息化教学环境建设,加强智慧教学管理,全力推进教育改革创新,从健全管理机制、引进信息化平台、开展信息化与理实一体化教学等方面入手,打造智慧教学管理模式,取得了较好的工作成效,学生信息化素养明显增强,教师信息化素养显著提升,智慧教学管理模式在省内兄弟院校中得到借鉴和推广,提升了实训中心的专业影响力,助力职业教育实训中心高质量建设与发展。Relying on the background of constructing provincial demonstration school,the practical training center of the Teacher Education College of Yingkou Vocational and Technical College attaches importance to the construction of the information teaching environment,strengthens the management of smart teaching,and fully promotes educational innovation.From the aspects of improving the management mechanism,introducing the information platform,carrying out the teaching of information and integrating theory with practice,it creates a smart teaching management mode,and has achieved better results.Through these efforts we have significantly enhanced information literacy of teachers and students.The smart teaching management mode has been promoted in other colleges and universities in the province,which has improved the professional influence of the training center and boosted the high-quality construction and development of the vocational education training center.
