改良额肌腱膜悬吊术与筋膜鞘悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的矫正效果与并发症对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重度上睑下垂行改良额肌腱膜悬吊术(FMS)、筋膜鞘悬吊术(CFSS)的矫正效果及对并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年11月~2022年11月于我院收治的60例重度上睑下垂患者临床资料,通过各个患者所采取的不同手术治疗方式进行分组,对照组(n=31)行FMS治疗,研究组(n=29)行CFSS治疗,观察两组矫正效果、美容效果,比较并发症发生率。结果研究组上眼睑矫正率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组双重睑评分无明显差异(P>0.05),研究组眼睑高度对称性、眼睑弧度评分较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论重度上睑下垂行CFSS治疗的矫正效果显著,相对FMS治疗而言,该术式不仅可以提高上眼睑矫正率,还能避免并发症发生,且可促进美容效果提升,有效性、安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the corrective effects and impact on complications of modified frontal fascia suspension(FMS)and fascial sheath suspension(CFSS)for severe upper eyelid ptosis.Method We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients with severe ptosis who were admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022,and grouped them by the different surgical treatments adopted by each patient,with the control group(n=31)treated with FMS and the study group(n=29)treated with CFSS,and observed the corrective effect,cosmetic effect,and compared the complication rate of the two groups..Result The upper eyelid correction rate was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the double eyelid scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the eyelid height symmetry and eyelid curvature scores were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);and the complication rate was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The correction effect of CFSS treatment for severe upper eyelid ptosis is significant.Compared with FMS treatment,this surgery can not only improve the upper eyelid correction rate,but also avoid the occurrence of complications and promote the improvement of cosmetic effects.It has high effectiveness and safety,and is worth promoting.
