摘  要:目的探讨案例教学模式联合问题式教学管理在烧伤整形科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法采用前瞻性研究,选取2021年5月至2022年12月在本院烧伤整形科实习的60名护理学专业实习生作为研究对象,采用自由结组方式对学习小组进行随机分配,分为联合组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统带教模式,联合组采用案例教学模式联合问题式教学管理模式。比较两组学生实习结束时的带教效果(理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩),教学前、后学习动机水平、学业自我效能感水平、批判性思维能力水平。结果带教结束时联合组理论知识考试成绩、实践能力考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。带教结束时,两组实习生内生动机、外生动机以及总分均升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);带教结束时,两组实习生学习能力自我效能得分、学习行为自我效能得分以及总分均升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);带教结束时,两组实习生批判性思维能力各维度评分以及总分均升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学模式联合问题式教学管理在烧伤整形科临床护理带教中具有良好的应用价值,可有效提高学生理论知识水平、实践能力,改善学业自我效能感以及学习动机水平,同时优化批判性思维能力。Objective Discuss the application value of case teaching mode and combined problem teaching management in the clinical nursing teaching of burn plastic surgery department.Methods In a prospective study,60 nursing interns practicing in the burn plastic surgery department of our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,randomly assigned by free knot group,and divided into joint group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopts traditional teaching mode,while the combined group adopts case teaching mode combined with problem-based teaching management mode.Compare the teaching effectiveness(theoretical knowledge score,practical ability score),learning motivation level,academic selfefficacy level,and critical thinking ability level of two groups of students at the end of their internships before and after teaching.Results At the end of the teaching session,the theoretical knowledge test scores and practical ability test scores of the joint group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the teaching,the endogenous motivation,exogenous motivation,and total score of the two groups of interns all increased,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);At the end of teaching,the self-efficacy scores of learning ability,learning behavior,and total scores of the two groups of interns increased,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);At the end of the teaching,both groups of interns showed an increase in critical thinking ability scores in all dimensions and total scores,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching mode combined with problem teaching management has good application value in the clinical nursing teaching of burn plastic surgery department,which can effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge level,practical ability,improve their academic self-efficacy and learning motivation level,and optimize their critical thinking ability.
