摘 要:为了解决摩托车在行驶过程中的振动舒适性问题,采用测试分析和计算机辅助技术相结合的方法,分析出车架发生剧烈振动的主要原因是车架的2阶弯曲模态频率与发动机2阶不平衡惯性力激励频率203Hz相耦合,发生共振。针对此问题,依据分析结果采取去除坐垫前横梁和增加加强管的车架结构优化方案,改变车架的固有动态特性,通过振动测试进行对比分析,对优化方案的科学性进行试验验证。试验结果表明:优化后车架的共振特征消失,振幅下降达60%~70%,优化方案经济合理、科学有效,显著提高摩托车的振动舒适性。研究提供新的车架设计方案,可为车架的振动控制与结构优化提供工程决策依据。In order to solve the problem of vibration comfort in the driving process of motorcycles,the method of combining test analysis with computer aided engineering was used to analyze the problem.It was found that the main reason for severe vibration of the frame is that the second order bending mode frequency of the frame is coupled with the excitation frequency of 203 Hz of the second order unbalanced inertial force of the engine,so that the resonance occurs.According to the analysis results,the frame structure optimization scheme of removing the front cross beam of the cushion and adding the reinforcing tube was adopted to change the inherent dynamic characteristics of the frame.The rationality of the optimization scheme was tested and verified through the comparative analysis of vibration test.The test results show that the resonance characteristics of the frame are eliminated after the optimization,and the vibration amplitude decreases by 60%-70%.The optimization scheme is economic,reasonable and effective,and significantly improves the vibration comfort of the motorcycle.The research results provide a new frame design scheme,as well as the basis for determination the strategy for vibration control and structural optimization of the motorcycle frame.
