摘 要:结合北京大兴机场线列车应可实现重联运行的运营需求,对车钩缓冲装置的性能参数在不同车速工况下的动力学性能进行计算。通过仿真计算和分析,把列车当作一个有质量、弹性及阻尼的多刚体结构,每辆车简化为单独的质点,分别计算5 km/h和15 km/h车速下列车重联时各个连接面的最大行程、车钩力和吸收能量。结果表明,在5 km/h时,造成的冲击较小,各连接面最大行程为88.95 mm,最大车钩力为653.99 kN,所有车钩缓冲器的行程、车钩力均在车钩允许范围内,压溃管未触发;在15 km/h时,造成的冲击最大,其中最大行程为374.11 mm,最大车钩力为1050.24 kN,最大吸能为279.79 kJ,车钩力及行程均未超过车钩设计值,车钩缓冲器正常动作,压溃管均触发。大兴机场线的车钩缓冲器和压溃管组成的吸能系统均能完全吸收列车的冲击能量,车钩力未超过车体强度值,不会对车体结构造成永久损坏。The dynamic performance of couplers and draft gear under different speed conditions is calculated according to the operational requirements that multiple unit operation should be possible for trains on Daxing Airport Line.By means of computer modeling and analysis,the train is analyzed as a multi-rigid structure with mass,elasticity,and damping.Each car is regarded as a distinct mass point,and the maximum travel,coupling force,and absorbed energy of each coupling surface of the train under multiple unit operation at speeds of 5 km/h and 15 km/h are calculated accordingly.The results show that at 5 km/h,the impact is small,the maximum stroke of each coupling surface is 88.95 mm,and the maximum coupling force is 653.99 kN.which are within the allowable range for all couplers and draft gear,and the crushing pipe did not trigger.At 15 km/h,the maximum impact is 374.11 mm,the maximum coupling force is 1050.24 kN,and the maximum energy absorption is 279.79 kJ,which did not exceed the designed value,the coupler and draft gear act normally,and the crushing pipe is triggered.The energy absorption system of Daxing Airport Line composed of couplers and draft gear and crushing pipe can completely absorb the impact energy of trains,and the coupling force does not exceed the strength value of the car body,which will not cause permanent damage to the car body.
