摘　　要：既有建筑数据是城市更新、城市信息化平台建立的数据支撑,但是由于现阶段城市既有建筑数据录入规范尚未统一,数据分类标准较为混乱,造成数据录入平台后不能很好筛选、清洗和识别,影响城市更新及城市信息化平台建设情况,为及时快速地掌握城市既有建筑的基本情况,为城市更新提供数据支撑,本文以某县城主城区既有建筑物为研究对象,对其数据的分类、采集技术进行研究,以期为同行业者提供参考。Existing building data provides the data support for the establishment of urban renewal and urban information platform.However,due to the lack of unification of data entry specifications for existing urban buildings at this stage,the data classification standard is relatively chaotic,which results in the difficulty of screening,cleaning and identification after data entry platform,thus affects the construction of urban renewal and urban information platform.In order to grasp the basic situation of existing urban buildings in a timely and rapid manner and provide data support for urban renewal,this paper takes the existing buildings in the main urban area of a county as the research object,and studies the data classification and data collection technology.To provide reference for peers in the same industry.
