摘 要:新建道路下穿铁路工程施工和运营期间产生荷载会对铁路高架桥桥墩附近土层产生竖向及侧向附加应力,桥墩易发生沉降和桩基承载力破坏,对铁路安全造成严重影响。为保证铁路安全不受道路施工和运营影响,需对工程设计方案进行安全性评估。结合某实际公路下穿铁路工程,采用MIDAS/GTS软件对新建道路下穿铁路工程施工全过程进行数值模拟,精确分析不同施工阶段对铁路的影响。分析结果表明道路施工最不利荷载工况下高铁桥墩沉降量均小于2 mm,墩桩基最大轴力均小于桥桩允许轴力值,理论计算能满足规范及原设计要求。通过数值模拟分析,可以为施工过程中铁路监测及监控提供可靠数据支撑,为以后类似工程实践提供参考。The load generated during the construction and operation of the new road under the new road will generate vertical direction and side additional stress on the soil layer near the bridge pier near the railway viaduct,which will cause vertical and lateral deformation of the bridge foundation,which will seriously affect the safety of the railway.Essence In order to ensure the safety of railway safety during the construction and operation of engineering,the safety assessment of the engineering design plan is required.This article combines a railway project under an actual highway,using MIDAS/GTS software to simulate the entire process of penetrating the railway project under the construction of a new road,and accurately analyze the impact of different construction stages on the railway.The analysis results show that the high-speed rail bridge pier sinking volume is less than 2 mm under the most unfavorable conditions of road construction,and the maximum axis force of the pier pile foundation is less than the axon value of the bridge piles.Theoretical calculations can meet the specifications and original design requirements.Through numerical simulation analysis,it can provide reliable data support for railway monitoring and monitoring during the construction process,and provide a reference for similar engineering practice in the future.
