摘  要:“形势与政策”是高校研究与宣传党的重大战略思想的一门课程,具有鲜明的意识形态特征。目前,各大高校在“形势与政策”课的话语体系建设方面加大投入,但对于意识形态安全的维护仍未渗透于课程话语体系的方方面面。究其原因主要在于对意识形态功能认知不全、意识形态安全思维匮乏等。对此,有必要从规划意识形态功能实现路径、加强意识形态安全思维建设的方向出发,同时结合高校“形势与政策”课话语体系的意识形态功能,构建意识形态安全思维链条,以提升课程育人实效。"Situation and Policy"is a course for colleges and universities to study and publicize the Party's major strategic thoughts,which has distinct ideological characteristics.At present,colleges and universities have increased their investment in the construction of the discourse system of the"Situation and Policy"course,but the maintenance of ideological security has not yet penetrated into all aspects of the curriculum discourse system.The main reasons lie in the incomplete cognition of ideological function and the lack of ideological security thinking.In this regard,it is necessary to start from the direction of planning the realization path of ideological function and strengthening the construction of ideological security thinking,combined with the ideological function of the discourse system of the"Situation and Policy"course in colleges and universities,the chain of ideological security thinking is constructed,which improves the effectiveness of curriculum education.
