高校教务管理人员职业素养提升探究——以建设“一站式”学生社区为背景

摘　　要：高等学校教学管理工作始终是高校落实人才培养目标,提升人才培养质量的重要抓手,教务管理人员综合职业素养则关乎教学管理工作效率及质量。“一站式”学生社区的建设推广为高校教务管理工作提供了更多可能性,同时也对教务管理人员综合素质提出了更高要求。分析了“一站式”学生社区建设现状,其仍存在服务内容不完整、未形成联动机制,信息化建设不足、管理效率受限等症结,教务管理人员应通过加强思想政治学习、精进业务知识、增强服务意识、坚持实践创新等方式提升职业素养,融入学生社区工作模式,促进“一站式”学生社区发挥其效用。Teaching management in colleges and universities is an important starting point for colleges and universities to implement the goal of talent training and improve the quality of talent training.The comprehensive professional quality of educational administration staff is related to the efficiency and quality of teaching management.The construction and promotion of"onestop"student community provides more possibilities for the management of educational administration in colleges and universities,and also puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of educational administration staff.The current situation of"one-stop"student community construction is analyzed,and there are still some cruxes such as incomplete service content,lack of linkage mechanism,insufficient information construction and limited management efficiency.Educational administration staff should improve their professional quality by strengthening ideological and political learning,refining business knowledge,enhancing service awareness,adhering to practical innovation,and integrating into the student community work mode to promote the"one-stop"student community to play its role.
