摘 要:校企合作是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要抓手,文中在校企协同育人视域下,对高职《物流综合实训》课程教学模式进行创新研究,提出校企协同“1+N+1”教学模式,即“1”个准备课程、“N”个实训环节、“1”个教学评价,并打造“双主体”师资保障平台。同时,在高职物流专业学生中对该教学模式进行对比实验,结果显示:校企协同“1+N+1”教学模式可有效提升学生专业技能和学习动机,可促进“双师型”教师队伍建设,是一种有效的教学创新模式。School-enterprise cooperation is an important means to promote the development of vocational education.In the view of school-enterprise cooperation education,this paper carries out an innovative research on the course teaching model of Comprehensive Practice Training of Logistics in higher vocational colleges,which puts forward the“1+N+1”teaching model of school-enterprise cooperation:“1”preparatory course,“N”training links,“1”teaching evaluation,and builds a“double-subject”teacher platform for this mode.At the same time,the contrast experiment is conducted among the students of logistics major in higher vocational colleges,and the result shows that the“1+N+1”teaching model of school-enterprise cooperation can enhance the students professional skill and learning motivation effectively,and promote the construction of“double-qualified”teachers,which is an efficient teaching innovation model.
