摘  要:间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种可以从骨髓和脂肪组织以及脐带和胎盘等多种生物组织中分离出来的细胞。MSCs具有广泛的增殖、多向分化的能力,具有营养、归巢、迁移和免疫调节功能。近年来,MSCs在神经系统退行性疾病的治疗研究中得到广泛应用。使用不同方法修饰后的MSCs治疗效果大大提升,移植后的MSCs细胞存活率增高,增殖和分化能力也有所提高。研究者采用多种修饰方法如基因工程、小分子修饰、溶瘤病毒处理等方法对MSCs进行修饰,本文就MSCs不同的修饰方法及其在神经退行性疾病研究中的应用进行综述。Objective Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are cells that can be isolated from various biological tissues such as bone marrow and adipose tissue,as well as the umbilical cord and placenta.MSCs have the ability of extensive multiplication and multi-way differentiation,and have the functions of nutrition,nesting,migration and immunoregulation.In recent years,MSCs have been widely used in the treatment of degenerative diseases of the nervous system.And the therapeutic effect of MSCs modified with different methods is greatly improved.The survival rate of transplanted MSCs cells is increased,and their proliferation and differentiation abilities are also improved,a variety of methods for modifying MSCs such as genetic engineering,small molecule pretreatment,tumor virus treatment and other methods are used to modify MSCs.This article reviews the different modification methods of MSCs and their applications in the study of neurodegenerative diseases.
