摘　　要：目的探究铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)在酸相关性疾病中的应用现状分析。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院收治的酸相关性疾病患者202例临床资料开展回顾性分析。分析患者基本人口学特征、生命体征、既往史、主要临床症状及诊断、疗效结果分析、治疗期间不良反应发生情况,为优化诊疗方案寻求循证医学支持。结果抗酸药记录表1填写者202例,其中铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)为抗酸药物使用最常见药物。使用铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)治疗的130例患者中男性76例,女性54例;年龄阶段以23~55岁居多;收缩压平均值106~120mmHg居多;舒张压平均值66~80mmHg居多;体重平均值51~70kg居多;心率平均值76~90次/分居多;既往疾病史中发生率最高的为高血压;个人史中发生率最高为饮酒史;既往治疗用药最常见为奥美拉唑。常出现的几种症状发生率依次为反酸、烧心、腹痛、嗳气、黑便;而临床诊断统计中显示主要为慢性胃炎。铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)治疗130例患者的总体疗效有效率为95.89%。药物不良反应者1例,具体为大便黏稠和胃肠道不适。结论铝镁混悬液(Ⅱ)在酸相关性疾病中临床应用较为普遍,使用群体较为广泛,临床治疗疗效较好,且安全性较好。Objective To explore current application status of aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)in acid related diseases.Methods Clinical data of 202 patients with acid related diseases admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and analyzed basic demographic characteristics,vital signs,past history,main clinical symptoms and diagnosis,curative effect,and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,to provide evidence-based medicine support for optimizing diagnosis and treatment plans.Results There were 202 cases filled out in record form 1 of antacids,among which aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)was the most common medication for antacids.Among 130 cases treated with aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ),there were 76 male and 54 female.Majority of age groups was between 23 and 55,average systolic blood pressure was mostly between 106 and 120mmHg,average diastolic blood pressure was m ostly between 66-80mmHg,average weight was mostly 51-70kg,average heart rate ranged from 76 to 90 beats per split.Hypertension had the highest incidence rate in previous medical history,the highest incidence in personal history was alcohol consumption history,the most common medication used in previous treatments was omeprazole.Incidence of several common symptoms was acid reflux,heartburn,abdominal pain,belching,and black stool in sequence.However,clinical diagnostic statistics showed chronic gastritis was the main cause.Overall effective rate of aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)in treatment of 130 patients was 95.89%.There was 1 case of adverse drug reaction,specifically characterized by sticky stools and gastrointestinal discomfort.Conclusion Aluminum magnesium suspension(Ⅱ)has been widely applied in acid related diseases,with wide range of users,good clinical treatment effect and good safety.
