摘　　要：公民道德自觉的生成既是历史的,也是实践的。从历史的角度看,公民道德自觉随着社会历史的发展而不断被赋予新的内涵;从实践的角度看,公民道德自觉和公民道德实践同样包含认识自觉、行为自觉和评价自觉。因此,公民道德自觉的生成有其历史逻辑、认识逻辑、行为逻辑和评价逻辑。践行马克思主义道德观,培育公民道德自觉,必须要结合人的现实需求和政治社会条件,通过实践将道德内涵转化为内心的规则,形成对道德要求的自觉认识,通过道德行为将公民道德自觉外化为具体的主动的实践行动,通过道德评价活动使公民自觉选择正义的道德行为,积极践行社会主义核心价值观,形成优良的社会道德风尚。The generation of civic moral consciousness is both historical and practical.From the historical perspective,civic moral consciousness has continuously gained new connotations with the development of social history,and from a practical perspective,civic moral consciousness,like civic moral practice,also includes cognitive,behavioral,and evaluative consciousness.So,the generation of civic moral consciousness has its own historical,cognitive,behavioral,and evaluative logic.To practice Marxist view on morality and cultivate civic moral consciousness,it is necessary to combine human practical needs and political and social conditions.Moral connotations can be internalized into inner rules through practice,so that a ready and conscious awareness of moral requirements can be fulfilled.Correspondingly,it can also be externalized into active practice through moral behavior.The moral evaluation activities can help citizens choose what is right,so that they can readily put into practice the core socialist values and form an excellent social and moral culture.
