智齿自体牙移植修复下颌第—磨牙缺失的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析智齿自体牙移植修复在下颌第一磨牙缺失的治疗中发挥的临床优势。方法:将2021-2022年覆盖范围内前往院内行下颌第一磨牙缺失的患者纳为受试者(n=80),依据患者就诊时序、治疗方案与双盲法分组结过令其依次以等比例落入对照组(n=40,令患者接受传统种植牙修复术)与研究组(n=40,令患者接受智齿自体牙移植修复治疗)。观察项目:患者下颚向下倾斜程度与种植体稳定系数以及牙周指标;口腔健康情况;口腔功能性指标改善情况。结果:研究组患者下颚向下倾斜程度更低,种植体稳定系数更高,同时患者牙周袋深度与牙龈指数更低,经与对照组患者比较组间差距统计学意义突出(P<0.05);研究组患者口腔健康情况临床评估分数更高,经与对照组患者比较组间差距统计学意义突出(P<0.05);研究组患者口腔功能性指标评分更高,经与对照组患者比较组间差距统计学意义突出(P<0.05)。结论:智齿自体牙移植修复在下颌第一磨牙缺失的治疗中优势突出,可高度协同患者获得理想恢复预期的同时满足了患者的美观需求,同时保证了修复体稳定,降低了并发症的发生风险。Objective:To analyze the clinical advantages of autologous wisdom tooth transplantation in the treatment of mandibular first molar loss.Method:Patients who went to the hospital for mandibular first molar loss within the coverage period of 2021 to 2022 were included in the study group(n=80),and were divided into a control group(n=40,with patients receiving traditional dental implant restoration)and a study group(n=40,with patients receiving wisdom tooth autologous tooth transplantation repair treatment)in equal proportions based on the patient&apos;s treatment schedule,treatment plan,and double blind method.Observation items:The degree of downward inclination of the patient&apos;s jaw,the stability coefficient of the implant,and periodontal indicators;Oral health status;Improvement of oral functional indicators.Result:The study group had a lower degree of downward inclination of the jaw,a higher coefficient of implant stability,and lower periodontal pocket depth and gingival index compared to the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical evaluation score of oral health status in the study group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared to the control group;The score of oral functional indicators in the study group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advantages of autologous wisdom tooth transplantation in the treatment of mandibular first molar loss are prominent.It can highly cooperate with patients to achieve ideal recovery expectations while meeting their aesthetic needs,while ensuring the stability of the restoration and reducing the risk of complications.
