枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:选取2022年2月-2023年2月本院收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,给予对照组美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,给予观察组枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察患者临床疗效、症状缓解时间以及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后临床疗效评估总有效率为96.67%,相比对照组的83.33%显著更高(P<0.05);观察组腹泻、腹痛、粘液性脓血便的缓解时间短于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10%,相比对照组的23.33%明显更低。结论:溃疡性结肠炎临床采取枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,可有效减轻患者症状,改善患者肠道功能,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the efficacy of Bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria enteric coated capsules and mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets,while the observation group was treated with Bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria enteric coated capsules and mesalazine enteric coated tablets.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,and adverse reactions of the patients were observed.Result:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy evaluation after treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05);The relief time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,and mucinous purulent stools in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10%,significantly lower than the 23.33%in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis using Bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria enteric coated capsules and mesalazine enteric coated tablets can effectively alleviate patient symptoms,improve patient intestinal function,have a definite therapeutic effect,are safe and reliable,and are worthy of clinical promotion.
