摘　　要：数字技术依托自身优势赋能NBA实现数字化转型,为职业体育变革提供数字化的新路径。研究运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等方法,系统全面的解析了数字技术赋能NBA数字化转型的内在机制、实践应用、现实挑战与升级路径。研究认为:NBA数字化转型对联赛传统管理模式、训练模式、保障模式进行创新和重塑。但仍存在数字技术不够成熟、政策支持不足、数字技术过度应用等问题。面对挑战,数字化转型应加快新基建的发展,拓宽数字技术应用场景;优化数字化转型政策,加速数字化转型进程;培养数据型体育人才,使运动团队形成数据化意识、数字化思维和数字化素养;做好体育数据安全治理,营造安全和谐、共享互通的数字化环境;构建“命题驱动的创新雷达”思维,实现人机协同,将数字技术赋能和数字化转型的优势转化为建设职业体育的发展动能。Digital technology relying on its own advantages enables NBA to realize digital transformation and provide a new digital path for the transformation of professional sports.This paper uses literature data method,expert interview method and logical analysis method to systematically and comprehensively analyze the internal mechanism,practical application,practical challenges and upgrading path of digital technology enabling NBA digital transformation.The research believes that the digital transformation of NBA innovates and reshaped the traditional management mode,training mode and guarantee mode of the league.However,there are still problems such as digital technology cannot meet the needs of the league,lack of corresponding policies and excessive application of digital technology.In the face of challenges,the digital transformation should accelerate the development of new infrastructure,broaden the application scenarios of digital technology,optimize the digital transformation policy,accelerate the process of digital transformation;cultivate the data-based sports talents,make the sports team form data awareness,digital thinking and digital literacy;do a good job in the sports data security management,create a safe,harmonious and shared digital environment;build the thinking of"proposition-driven innovation radar",realize man-machine collaboration,and transform the advantages of digital technology into the development momentum of professional sports.
