摘  要:目的评价在“超声诊断学”教学期间应用案例教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)联合智慧教室的作用,评估对考核成绩构成的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2023年8月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院医学影像学专业48名本科学生为研究对象,以简单随机法分为两组,对照组(n=24)予以传统教学法,观察组(n=24)则应用CBL案例教学法联合智慧教室,对比两组教学效果。结果观察组带教后理论知识、操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组理论深化、仪器教学、实操教学、诊断技能各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在“超声诊断学”教学期间应用CBL案例教学法联合智慧教室有利于提升整体教学效率和教学质量,可提高学生学习参与积极性。Objective To evaluate the role of Case Based Learning(CBL)combined with smart classroom in the teaching of"ultrasonic diagnostics",and evaluate the impact on the composition of examination results.Methods 48 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging in the Second People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by simple randomization method.The control group(n=24)was given the traditional teaching method;the observation group(n=24)was given the CBL case teaching method combined with the smart classroom to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The results of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of theory deepening,instrument teaching,practical teaching and diagnostic skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL case teaching method combined with smart classroom in the teaching of"ultrasonic diagnostics"is conducive to improving the overall teaching efficiency and teaching quality,and can increase the enthusiasm of students in learning.
