摘 要:建筑工程企业一般以项目制的形式运作,企业运营中,项目部激励是项目管理中不可或缺的环节,对于确保项目最终顺利完成至关重要。目前,建筑工程项目部激励模式主要有基于人员进行计算的模式、基于项目进行计算的模式、直接考核激励模式、专项奖模式等。几种激励模式各具特点,均被建筑工程企业普遍使用,但也不同程度上受到项目周期、项目“肥瘦”差异和项目经济效益指标的影响,对实施项目激励企业的要求存在不同。因此,如何充分发挥各激励模式的作用,探索出有利于项目部运作的激励途径,是当前建筑企业工作的重点。本文从国有建筑企业项目部激励出发,介绍了当前几种项目部激励模式的特点和要求,并提出了提升项目部激励效果的措施,以期帮助国有建筑企业项目部实现更好的绩效和发展。Construction enterprises generally operate in a project-based manner.In enterprise operation,project department incentives are an indispensable part of project management,which is crucial to ensure the smooth completion of the project.At present,the incentive models for construction project departments mainly include personnel based calculation,project based calculation,direct assessment incentiveand special award models.Several incentive models have their own characteristics and are widely used by construction companies.However,they are also influenced to varying degrees by project cycles,differences in project size,and economic performance indicators,resulting in different requirements for implementing project incentives for enterprises.Therefore,how to fully leverage the role of various incentive models and explore incentive channels that are conducive to the operation of project departments is the focus of current construction enterprise work.This article starts from the incentive of project departments in stateowned construction enterprises,introduces the characteristics and requirements of several current incentive models for project departments,and proposes measures to improve the incentive effect of project departments,in order to help state-owned construction enterprise project departments achieve better performance and development.
