摘　　要：持续完善的道路测试与示范应用法规为自动驾驶公交车商业化应用提供了政策保障,但是仍存在伦理规则不完善、事故责任主体不清晰、数字化治理能力不足等挑战。应当将新技术带来的新问题转化为公交发展的新机遇,加强行业上下联动,以示范应用的规范为基础,结合公交特色,积极进行关键政策储备,重视网络安全和数据安全,促进人工智能和公共交通的深度融合。The continuous improvement of road test and demonstration application regulations provides policy guarantee for the commercial application of autonomous buses,but there are still challenges such as imperfect ethical rules,unclear accident responsibility subjects,and insufficient digital governance capabilities.The new problems brought about by new technologies should be transformed into new opportunities for the development of public transport,the linkage between the industry and the upper and lower sectors should be strengthened,based on the norms of demonstration applications,combined with the characteristics of public transport,and actively carry out key policy reserves,attach importance to network security and data security,and promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and public transportation.
