正畸牙周联合治疗在伴错合畸形牙周炎中的效果

摘　　要：目的观察伴错合畸形牙周炎患者实施正畸牙周联合治疗的效果,为患者制订临床治疗方案提供参考。方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月烟台市莱阳中心医院收治的伴错合畸形牙周炎患者78例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组仅采用正畸治疗,观察组采用正畸牙周联合治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后牙周指数和牙齿松动度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%,明显高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PLI、PD、SBI均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿松动度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伴错合畸形牙周炎患者采用正畸牙周联合治疗,能降低牙周指数,使牙齿更坚固,并提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of combined orthodontic and periodontal treatment on patients with periodontitis with malocclusion,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical treatment plans.Methods A total of 78 patients with periodontitis with malocclusion admitted to Yantai City Laiyang Central Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group,based on different treatment methods.The control group only received orthodontic treatment,while the observation group received combined orthodontic and periodontal treatment.The clinical treatment effect,periodontal index and tooth mobility degree before and after treatment between two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than 79.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05).After treatment,the PLI,PD and SBI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tooth mobility degree of the observation group was significantly better than that ofthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with peridontitis with malocclusion who undergo orthodontic and periodontal combined treatment could reduce periodontitis periodontal index,make teeth stronger and improve clinical treatment effectiveness,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
