摘　　要：目的探讨阶梯式心理护理对肝癌患者术后负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法本研究对象为2020年2月~2022年1月我院106例肝癌患者,均采用手术治疗,数字表法随机分为两组。两组均采用基础护理,对照组采用常规心理护理,观察组采用阶梯式心理护理。评估两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、卡氏评分(KPS)、简明健康量表(SF-36)。结果护理后两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著降低,且护理后观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后KPS评分、SF-36评分均显著升高,且护理后观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式心理护理能够显著降低肝癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提升健康状况与生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of ladder type psychological nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after operation.Methods A total of 106 patients with liver cancer in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom were treated by surgery.They were randomly divide into two groups according numerical table method.Basic nursing was adopted in both groups,routine psychological nursing was adopted in the control group,and ladder psychological nursing was adopted in the observation group.The self-rating depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),KPS and SF-36 before and after nursing in the two groups were evaluated.Results The HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly reduced after nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).KPS score and SF-36 score were significantly increased in both groups after nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepwise psychological nursing can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients with liver cancer,such as anxiety and depression,and improve their health status and quality of life.
