摘  要:近年来,脑内神经递质对缺血性脑卒中的作用机制成为研究热点。其中血清食欲素A是一种产生于下丘脑的神经保护性多肽,其发现初期被认为与食物摄取、代谢相关。然而,随着对血清食欲素A认识的增加及研究的深入,研究者们逐渐发现其还参与神经内分泌代谢、能量平衡、睡眠-觉醒周期、心血管系统的调节等生理病理过程,且已证实其对缺血性脑卒中具有神经保护作用。这一发现说明血清食欲素A对缺血性脑卒中的诊治具有潜在价值,未来对食欲素A在缺血性脑卒中中的作用进行深入探讨,可为缺血性脑卒中的治疗和预防提供新的方向和策略。In recent years,the mechanism of neurotransmitters in the brain to ischemic stroke has become a focus of research.Serum orexin A is a neuroprotective polypeptide produced in the hypothalamus,and its discovery was initially thought to be related to food intake and metabolism.However,with the increasing understanding of serum orexin A and in-depth research,the researchers have gradually found that it is also involved in neuroendocrine metabolism,energy balance,sleep-wake cycle,cardiovascular system regulation and other physiological and pathological processes,and it has been confirmed that it has a neuroprotective effect on ischemic stroke.These findings indicate the potential value of serum orexin A in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke.In the future,in-depth exploration of the role of orexin A in ischemic stroke can provide a new direction and strategy for the treatment and prevention of ischemic stroke.
