摘　　要：吸烟对人体健康的危害性已得到众多研究的证实,就口腔而言,吸烟大大增加了牙周病、口腔黏膜病、口腔癌等疾病的患病风险。传统香烟与电子烟是中国烟草消费市场中最为常见的烟草制品,两者对口腔中牙周组织健康的影响却不尽相同。传统香烟可影响口腔微生物群的结构和组成,增加口腔中炎症因子的水平,降低牙周组织的修复再生能力;电子烟同样也对其等产生影响,但影响程度较传统香烟更为轻微,目前电子烟气对口腔健康的具体影响尚未达成一致。未来需要进行更大样本、更长期的研究来探索烟草制品对全身及口腔健康的影响和具体机制。The harm of smoking to human health has been confirmed by many studies,as far as the oral cavity is concerned,smoking greatly increases the risks of periodontal disease,oral mucosal disease,oral cancer and other diseases.Traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes are the most common tobacco products in China's tobacco consumption market,and they have different effects on the health of oral periodontal tissue.Traditional cigarettes affect the structure and composition of oral microbiota,increase the level of inflammatory factors in oral cavity,and reduce the repair and regeneration ability of periodontal tissue.Electronic cigarettes also have an impact on them,but the impact is milder than traditional cigarettes,but no consensus on the specific impact of electronic smoke on oral health has been reached.Larger and longer-term studies are needed in the future to explore the long-term effects of tobacco products on general and oral health and the specific mechanisms.
