摘　　要：目的:探讨氢氧化钙制剂在牙体牙髓疾病根管治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年7月凯里市第一人民医院口腔科收治的牙体牙髓疾病患者400例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各200例。两组均实施根管治疗,其中对照组采用甲醛甲酚治疗,试验组采用氢氧化钙制剂治疗。比较两组疼痛情况、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:氢氧化钙制剂在牙体牙髓疾病根管治疗中的应用效果较好,能够提高治疗效果,减轻疼痛症状。Objective:To investigate the application effect of calcium hydroxide preparation in root canal therapy of dental pulp diseases.Methods:A total of 400 patients with dental pulp diseases admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Kaili First People's Hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.Both groups received root canal therapy.The control group was treated with cresol and formaldehyde,and the experimental group was treated with calcium hydroxide preparation.The pain and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of calcium hydroxide preparation in root canal therapy of dental pulp diseases is good,which can improve the treatment effect and alleviate pain symptoms.
