牙周基础治疗联合牙周维护在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析牙周基础治疗联合牙周维护在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年9月北京市海淀区西三旗社区卫生服务中心收治的200例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组实施基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施牙周维护。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。干预后,两组牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙周附着丧失低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组左右侧咬合力平衡度、咀嚼效率优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:牙周维护联合基础疗法在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者牙周状况、咬合功能,减少不良反应。Objective:To analyze the application effect of periodontal basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:A total of 200 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Beijing Haidian District Xisanqi Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given basic therapy and the observation group was given periodontal maintenance on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).After intervention,the gingival bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,and periodontal attachment loss in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the bite force balance and chewing efficiency in the two groups were better than those before intervention,these indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Periodontal maintenance combined with basic therapy has a good application effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,and can improve the periodontal condition and occlusion function of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
