摘 要:滤过性手术是目前治疗青光眼的主要手术方式,滤过泡瘢痕化是导致手术失败的主要原因。术中及术后应用抗代谢药物如丝裂霉素C(MMC)和5-氟尿嘧啶能够提高手术成功率,但相关并发症难以避免。动物实验与临床应用证实植入物的应用能有效保持滤过道通畅,将植入物赋予缓释抗代谢或抗瘢痕化的能力将会增强青光眼滤过手术的效果。该研究将对各种植入物在青光眼滤过手术中的应用作一综述。Currently,glaucoma filtering surgery(GFS)is the main surgical method for the treatment of glaucoma,in which scarring of the filtration vesicle is the main cause of surgical failure.Intraoperative and postoperative application of antimetabolites such as mitomycin C(MMC)and 5-fluorouracil can improve the success rate of surgery,but the related complications are difficult to avoid.Animal studies and clinical applications have confirmed that the application of implants can effectively keep the filter channel open,and endowing implants with slow-release antimetabolism or antiscarring capabilities will enhance the outcome of glaucoma filtering surgery.This study will summarize the application of various implants in glaucoma filtering surgery.
