摘 要:利用拉伸试验机、成形试验机、光学显微镜(OM)和背散射电子衍射(EBSD)技术对SAPH440汽车结构钢酸洗板的力学性能、微观晶粒、塑性减薄率和成形试验FLD进行试验研究,分析两种炼钢工艺改进状态下的酸洗板的塑性变形能力。结果表明:钙镁处理工艺的酸洗板其整体塑性变形能力略好于镁处理工艺的酸洗板,并进行厚度减薄率测定,其数值变化规律同加工硬化指数n值、塑性应变比r值以及成形极限应变规律一致,能够在试样面积有限的条件下通过静态拉伸试验快速开展汽车结构类热轧板塑性减薄能力评估。The mechanical properties,microcosmic grains,plastic thinning rate and forming test FLD of SAPH440 automobile structural steel pickling plate were studied by tensile testing machine,forming testing machine,optical microscope(OM)and backscattered electron diffraction(EBSD).The plastic deformation ability of pickling plate under two improved steelmaking processes was analyzed.The results showed that the overall plastic deformation ability of the pickling plate treated with calcium and magnesium was slightly better than that of the pickling plate treated with magnesium.At the same time,the thickness reduction rate was measured,and the numerical variation law was consistent with that of work hardening index n value,plastic strain ratio r value and forming limit strain.The plastic thinning ability of hot-rolled plates for automobile structures could be quickly evaluated through static tensile tests under the condition of limited sample area.
