摘 要:整体接触面积不能全面真实地反映座垫舒适性,因此将人—座垫接触界面分为三个区域,分别为侧翼、臀部和腿部区域,进行座垫舒适性研究与分析。结果表明,在静态工况下,座垫舒适性与各区域接触面积占比有较大关联,并得到座垫各区域接触面积占比参考值以及各体重下腿部载荷占比参考值;在动态工况下,动态接触面积大于静态接触面积,但两者区域接触面积占比基本一致。最终基于研究过程和试验结果,提出动、静态接触面积的定义以及计算方法,提出有效接触面积的概念,为座垫舒适性评价提供新的指标和研究思路。The overall contact area can not fully and truly reflect the seat cushion comfort,so the human-seat cushion contact interface is divided into three areas,namely the flank,the hip and the leg area,to research and analyze the seat cushion comfort.The results show that under static conditions,cushion comfort has a great correlation with the proportion of contact area in each area,and the reference values of the proportion of contact area in each area of cushion and the proportion of leg load in each body weight are obtained.Under dynamic conditions,the dynamic contact area is larger than the static contact area,but the proportion of the contact area between the two areas is basically the same.Finally,based on the research process and test results,the definition and calculation method of dynamic and static contact area are proposed,and the concept of effective contact area is proposed,which provides a new index and research idea for cushion comfort evaluation.
