摘　　要：马克思社会再生产具有自动平衡增长特性,明显与实际相悖。社会再生产的自动平衡增长揭示总资本的结构无后效性,而根据马克思的社会总资本运动原理分析,社会再生产的总资本结构是具有后效性的。经典的马克思社会再生产公式中把固定资本周转简化成中间消耗,其价值一次性转移到它所帮助形成的产品当中,实际上形成无固定资本占用和折旧的社会再生产公式。这与马克思论述的固定资本的特点及周转理论相悖,是社会再生产的总资本结构无后效性之使然。本文遵循马克思的固定资本周转理论,分析、比较和借鉴已有研究固定资本问题的两种代表性模型,建立了有固定资本占用和折旧的社会再生产公式。本文阐明了有固定资本占用和折旧的社会再生产的总资本结构具有后效性并证明其不会自动平衡增长,维护了马克思社会再生产理论及其公式的自洽。Marx's social reproduction has the characteristic of automatic balanced growth,which is obviously contrary to the reality.The automatic balanced growth of the social reproduction reveals that the structure of total capital has no after-effect.According to Marx's theory of total social capital movement,fixed capital is a component of constant capital whose physical form is the means of production.After deducting the depreciation of the fixed capital actually consumed in the current year,the remaining part still exists and remains in the social reproduction of the following year.This has a significant effect on the distribution of total capital in the two major categories.Therefore,the total social capital has a certain"structural inheritance"and the total capital structure of the social reproduction has a post-effect.In the classic Marx social reproduction formula,the fixed capital turnover is simplified as intermediate consumption,and its value is transferred to this category of products at one time,in fact,forming a social reproduction formula without fixed capital occupation and depreciation.This is contrary to the characteristics of fixed capital in the theory of turnover discussed by Marx,and just is the reason that the total capital structure of the social reproduction has no after-effect.Following Marx's theory of fixed capital turnover,we introduce fixed capital occupation and depreciation into the social reproduction formula,and establish the social reproduction formula with fixed capital occupation and depreciation,which can remove the structure of total capital no after-effect.This paper analyzed and compared two representative models that have been used to study fixed capital:Sraffa co-production model and Yamada and Yamada's dynamic iteration model focusing on the reinvestment effect of depreciation funds and its general generalization.The paper stated that both of these approaches change the basic structure of the classical Marx two categories social reproduction formula.Therefore they are all not co
