红色教育家精神的历史意蕴及其内涵特征——基于刘泽如、李绵的教育思想与实践的研究

摘　　要：刘泽如和李绵是从延安参与红色教育10余年后走出来,接管改造西安的大中小学校,此后又在陕西高等教育战线长期从事领导工作的老一辈革命教育家。他们不尽相同的教育思想和管理实践,所体现的红色教育家精神内涵及其特征却有许多共同特点:为追求理想把教育工作当作革命事业,在教育一线探索并积累新教育经验,不断总结自身的教育思想和办学理论,形成了笃志不倦、高风亮节的教育家人格;他们选择革命道路的过程以及在艰苦卓绝的革命斗争环境中从事党的教育事业,充分体现了共产党人信仰坚定、百折不挠的革命精神,甘于奉献、忠诚为民的进取精神,以及艰苦创业、开拓创新的奋斗精神;具有以革命为理想、以教育为事业、以奉献为品格、以创业创新为奋斗的鲜明特征。深入研究刘泽如、李绵等老一辈红色教育家的教育思想与实践,探寻红色源头,丰富精神内涵,对新时代传承与弘扬红色教育家精神有重要的意义。Liu Zeru and Li Mian emerged from Yan'an over ten years after initiating red education,assumed leadership roles at Xi'an Higher Education School,and were actively involved in the leadership of Shaanxi's higher education sector for an extended period.Their different educational ideas and management practices reflect the style and connotation of educational thinking,but they have many common characteristics:in order to pursue ideals,they considered education a revolutionary cause,sought to innovate and gather new experiences at the forefront of education,continuously refined their educational philosophies and administrative theories,and developed tireless and enlightened educator personas.The process of choosing the revolutionary road and the educational practice they engaged in the environment of arduous revolutionary struggle fully embody the revolutionary spirit of communists with firm faith and perseverance,the enterprising spirit of arduous struggle,pioneering and innovation,and the dedication spirit of building the party for the public and being loyal to the people.An in-depth examination of the educational thinking and practice of Liu Zeru,Li Mian and other older generation of red educators,aimed at exploring the origins of red education and enriching the spiritual connotation,can make due contributions to promoting and inheriting the spirit of red educators in the new era.
