法理学课程思政建设的困境与路径研究

摘　　要：推进法理学课程思政建设有利于贯彻落实习近平法治思想,加强对当代大学生法治思维的培育,培养德法兼修的社会主义高素质法治人才。法理学课程思政建设取得了一定成效,但仍存在实践难点,因此,高校必须坚持以习近平法治思想为指导,发挥授课教师“主力军”作用,以打造一流课程为目标,加强课程思政教学资源建设,鼓励师生积极参与各类学科竞赛,完善课程思政的各项配套机制建设。Promoting the construction of the jurisprudence course with the ideological and political dimension is conducive to implementing Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,strengthening the cultivation of contemporary college students'concepts of rule of law,and cultivating high-quality socialist legal talents with both political integrity and legal practice.The construction of jurisprudence course with the ideological and political dimension has achieved certain results,but there are still some practical difficulties.Therefore,colleges and universities must adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,give play to the role of teachers as the"main force",strengthen the construction of the teaching resources of courses with the ideological and political dimension with the goal of creating first-class courses,encourage teachers and students to actively participate in various discipline competitions,and improve the construction of various supporting mechanisms of courses with the ideological and political dimension.
