摘  要:地方本科院校学前教育专业要注重实践能力的培养,加强校外实践基地建设。调查发现,当前学前教育专业校外实践基地数量充足,能够满足学生的实践需要,但管理制度不健全,见习实习方案偏重“教育”导向,高校与实践基地缺少有效互动,指导教师职责不明,缺乏有效的考核评价体系。为了更好地提升实践教学水平,校外实践基地在建设中应强化“四位一体”协同意识,健全教学制度、明确实训目标、重视实习指导、规范质量监控,双方进一步开展深度合作,共建“基地+平台”校内外一体化育人机制。The preschol education major of local undergraduate institutions should pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability and strengthen the construction of off-campus practice bases.The investigation found that the current number of off-campus practice bases for preschool education major is sufficient to meet the needs of students'practice,but the management system is imperfect,the internship program is"educational"oriented,effective interactions are lack between colleges and practice bases,the responsibilities of instructors are unclear,and the effective assessment and evaluation system is in shortage.In order to better improve the practical teaching level,the construction of off-campus practice bases should strengthen the"Four in One"collaborative awareness,improve teaching systems,clarify training objectives,attach importance to the internship guidance,and standardize the quality monitoring.Both sides should further carry out the in-depth cooperation and jointly build an integrated education mechanism of"base+platform"both inside and outside the school.
