摘　　要：分析了食用菌产业的发展趋势,阐释了植物、动物、菌物“三物循环”生产的可持续发展内涵,系统分析了“三物循环”生产通过增产、增值、提质、提效、减量和产业创设机制全面振兴乡村的路径。最后,提出加强“三物循环”生产意识、加强市场开拓、加大技术、人才和资金的支持、向草腐菌方向发展全面振兴乡村的建议。This paper analyzes the emerging trend of edible fungi consumption,provides a comprehensive explanation the essence of sustainable development of plants,animals and edible fungi,and systematically analyzes the pathway for rural revitalization through cycling production of plants,animals and edible fungi.This study proposes recommendations to enhance awareness regarding circular production practices,strengthen market development efforts,increase support for technology advancements as well as technicial expertise and funding availability,Moreover,it emphasizes that utilizing straw and livestock excrement as raw materials for edible fungi production should be considered a crucial direction for future development.
