益气解毒化痰法联合化疗治疗食管癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气解毒化痰法联合化疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年1月在洛阳市中医院肿瘤科就诊的食管癌患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用TP方案(紫杉醇+顺铂)进行化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用益气解毒化痰的畅膈散。连用2周期后观察两组患者近期客观疗效、免疫功能、临床证候体征评分、卡氏评分及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的临床证候体征评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的卡式评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于治疗前,CD8+水平低于治疗前,且治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气解毒化痰法联合化疗治疗食管癌有确切临床疗效,可以改善患者生存质量,增效化疗作用,减轻化疗不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of YiQi JieDu HuaTan Therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with esophageal cancer who visited the Oncology Department of Luoyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received chemotherapy with the TP regimen(paclitaxel plus cisplatin),while the treatment group received the Changweigesi formula in addition to the TP regimen used in the control group.After 2 cycles of continuous use,the recent objective therapeutic effect,immune function,clinical syndrome sign score,Karst score,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total control rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the card score of both groups of patients was higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8+were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference
