摘  要:在电气化公路弓网相对坐标的检测中,基于机器视觉的非接触式检测技术的检测精度受图像采集环境的影响较大,基于光电传感器的接触式检测技术的检测精度受传感器安装密度限制。提出了一种基于角度传感器的接触式相对坐标检测技术,用于电气化公路的弓网相对坐标检测。首先,基于双接触线的电气化公路接触网,搭建弓网相对坐标检测实验台,建立弓网相对坐标与角度信息关联函数;然后,研究系统刚度、角度传感器线性度对实验台检测误差的影响规律,建立多项式修正函数对关联函数进行修正;最后,基于修正的弓网相对坐标关联函数,进行弓网相对坐标检测实验,得到实验台检测的绝对误差为±1 mm,相对误差为±0.5%,具备较高的检测精度。In the detection of the relative coordinates of pantograph-catenary system of electrified highway,the detection accuracy of the non-contact detection technology based on machine vision technology is greatly affected by the environment of image acquisition,while the detection accuracy of the contact detection technology based on photoelectric sensor is limited by the sensor installation density.In this paper,a contact relative coordinate detection technology based on angle sensor is proposed,which is used to detect the relative coordinates of pantograph-catenary system of the electrification highway catenary.Firstly,based on the double contact line of the electrified highway overhead contact system,the experimental platform of the relative coordinates of the pantograph-catenary system was built,and the ideal correlation function between the relative coordinates of pantograph-catenary system and the angle information was established;then,the influence law of the system stiffness and the linearity of the angle sensor on the measurement error of the experimental platform were studied,and the quadratic polynomial correction function was established to correct the ideal correlation function;finally,based on the modified correlation function of relative coordinates,the detection experiment of relative coordinates of pantograph-catenary system was done,the absolute error of the test platform is±1 mm and the relative error is±0.5%,this test bench has high detection accuracy.
