阿立哌唑与利培酮改善成人精神分裂症认知功能的效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察对比阿立哌唑与利培酮改善成人精神分裂症认知功能的效果.方法选择岳阳市康复医院2020年11月-2022年11月期间收治的成人精神分裂症患者94例为研究对象,根据患者的入院时间将其分为两组,一组为观察组(47例),一组为对照组(47例),分析治疗效果.结果治疗后两组PANSS评分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组WMS、PSP评分高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后两组认知功能评分与治疗前比较均显著升高(P<0.05),组间比较,差异显著(P<0.05).结论阿立哌唑和利培酮对成人精神分裂症患者均有较好的症状改善效果,但与利培酮相比,阿立哌唑对患者的认知功能有更好的作用效果,且用药安全性好,为成人精神分裂症的药物治疗提供新的选择.Objective To observe the effect of aripiprazole and risperidone on cognitive function in adults with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 94 adult patients with schizophrenia admitted to Yueyang Rehabilitation Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups,one group was the observation group(47 cases)and the other group was the control group(47 cases),and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results PANSS scores after treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05),between groups(P>0.05);post-treatment WMS and PSP(P<0.05);incidence of adverse effects(P>0.05);pre-treatment scores were significantly higher(P<0.05),and between group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and risperidone have good symptom improvement effects on adult patients with schizophrenia,but compared with risperidone,aripiprazole has a better effect on the cognitive function of patients,and the drug safety is good,which provides a new option for the drug treatment of adult schizophrenia.
