“后疫情”背景下医院药师焦虑和睡眠状况及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解“后疫情”背景下医院药师焦虑和睡眠现状并分析影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)和匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)对某省28家医院共307名药师进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、单因素分析、相关性分析和多元回归分析了解药师群体的心理健康状况及睡眠质量并探讨相关影响因素。结果优化防疫政策实施的短时间内,药师的SAS和PSQI得分分别为(50.30±13.39)分和(9.05±4.09)分,焦虑和睡眠障碍的发生情况分别为51.5%和68.4%,焦虑与睡眠质量呈正相关(r=0.611)。多元回归分析显示解封后对医疗机构应对能力的信心、是否感染新冠、医院药品储备是否充足是影响药师焦虑的主要因素,而是否制定解封后的应急工作制度、岗位分布是导致其睡眠障碍的主要因素。结论“后疫情”背景下,医院药师存在明显的焦虑和睡眠障碍,管理部门应重视药学人员的心理健康问题,开展针对性措施,改善睡眠质量和身心健康。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of anxiety and sleep of hospital pharmacists under the background of"post-COVID-19 epidemic".Methods Convenience sampling method was used to investigate 307 pharmacists from 28 hospitals in a certain province by self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI).Descriptive analysis,univariate analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors.Results Within a short time after the implementation of preferential epidemic prevention and control measures,the scores of SAS and PSQI were(50.30±13.39)and(9.05±4.09)points,respectively.And the incidence of anxiety and sleep disorders were 51.5%and 68.4%,respectively.Anxiety was positively correlated with sleep quality(R-values were O.611).Multiple regression analysis showed whether pharmacists had confidence in the response ability of hospital,whether they were infected with COVID-19,whether the hospital's drug reserve was sufficient were the main factors affecting the anxiety of pharmacists,while whether the department of pharmacy formulated the emergency work system and different positions were the main factors leading to sleep disorders.Conclusions Under the background of"post-COVID-19 epidemic",pharmacists have obvious anxiety and sleep disorders.It is suggested that the management department should pay attention to the mental health problems and carry out targeted measures to improve sleep quality,physical and psychological health of pharmacists.
