摘  要:目的分析分阶段目标教学在提升中医皮肤科带教水平中的作用。方法按回顾分析法选取2022年1-12月31名青海省中医院中医皮肤科住培医师作为对照组,实施常规传统带教,另将2023年1-12月30名该院中医皮肤科住培医师设为实验组,对其开展分阶段目标教学,分析两组理论知识、实践操作技能、批判性思维能力以及对带教老师带教工作满意度评分。结果实验组理论知识、实践操作技能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组住培医师实习前批判性思维能力比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),实习4周后实验组分析能力、系统化能力、认知成熟度、批判性思维能力信心评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对带教老师业务水平、带教能力、科研水平、行为表率、人际沟通能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医皮肤科带教过程中实施分阶段目标教学可获得显著价值,不仅能够提高住培医师临床理论知识及实践操作技能,还能够强化其批判性思维能力,提高对带教老师的带教满意度,故值得临床应用及推广。Objective To analyze the role of phased goal teaching in improving the teaching level of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology.Methods According to the retrospective analysis method,31 Chinese medicine dermatology interns from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group to implement conventional teaching,and 30 Chinese medicine dermatology interns from January 2023 to December 2023 were set as the experimental group to carry out the phased target teaching,and the two groups were analyzed.Theoretical knowledge,practical skills,critical thinking ability,and satisfaction scores of the teaching work were analyzed.Results Theoretical knowledge and practical skills scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);before internship,there was no statistical anomaly in the comparison of critical thinking ability between the two groups of intern doctors(P>0.05);the scores of analytical ability,systematization ability,cognitive maturity,and confidence in critical thinking ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 4 weeks of internship(P<0.05);and the experimental group had significantly higher scores on the business level,teaching ability,scientific research level,behavioral exemplification,and communication ability of the teaching teachers than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of phased target teaching in TCM dermatology can obtain significant value,which can not only improve the clinical theoretical knowledge and operational skills of interns,but also strengthen their critical thinking ability and improve the satisfaction of teaching,so it is worthwhile to be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
