急性亚硝酸盐食物中毒4例临床分析

摘　　要：亚硝酸盐具有较高的毒性,常见于食物中毒,中毒患者可出现皮肤、口唇发绀,恶心、呕吐,严重者出现呼吸困难或昏迷。现报道4例由基层医院转诊至甘肃中医药大学第三附属医院白银市第一人民医院的亚硝酸盐中毒患者,经应用特效解毒剂亚甲蓝、吸氧、血液净化等对症支持治疗,患者治疗4 d后痊愈出院。Nitrite has high toxicity and is commonly found in food poisoning.Poisoned patients may experience cyanosis of the skin and lips,nausea,vomiting,and difficulty breathing or coma may occur in severe cases.Four cases of nitrite poisoning patients who were transferred from primary hospitals to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,the First People's Hospital of Baiyin were reported.After symptomatic supportive treatment with special antidote methylene blue,oxygen inhalation,blood purification,etc.,the patients recovered and were discharged after 4 days of treatment.
