摘　　要：外泌体作为包含细胞内外相关蛋白质、编码及非编码RNA、DNA等物质的载体,在多种恶性肿瘤中均有表达,且过量生成的外泌体与恶性肿瘤发生显著相关。环状RNA为重要的调控基因表达的非编码RNA,与多种恶性肿瘤的发生及进展密切相关。全文就环状RNA的生物特性、功能及外泌体环状RNA在鳞状细胞癌中的表达及作用的研究进展作一综述。Exosomes contain intracellular and extracellular proteins,coding and non-coding RNA,DNA and other substances,which are expressed in a variety of malignant tumors,and the excessive production of exosomes is related to the occurrence of malignant tumors.Circular RNA is an important non-coding RNA regulating gene expression,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors.This paper reviews the research progress of the biological properties,functions and roles of exosomal circRNAs in squamous cell carcinoma.
