摘 要:目的:分析免疫组化技术诊断子宫内膜腺癌的价值。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年1月临沂市兰陵县人民医院收治的80例子宫内膜腺癌患者作为观察组,选取同期收治的80例单纯子宫内膜增生患者作为对照组。应用免疫组化技术检测所有患者S100蛋白水平,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,评估免疫组化技术诊断子宫内膜腺癌的灵敏度、准确度,比较两组S100蛋白表达情况及不同临床分期子宫内膜腺癌患者S100蛋白表达情况。结果:观察组S100蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同分期子宫内膜腺癌患者S100蛋白表达水平比较,Ⅲ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫组化技术诊断子宫内膜腺癌的灵敏度为96.15%(75/78),准确度为96.25%(77/80)。结论:免疫组化技术在子宫内膜腺癌的诊断中具有一定应用价值,能够为治疗方案的制定提供可靠的分子生物学依据。Objective:To analyze the value of immunohistochemistry technology in the diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods:A total of 80 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital in Linyi City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 80 patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemistry technology was used to detect S100 protein level in all patients.Pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to evaluate the sensitivity and accuracy of immunohistochemistry technology in diagnosing endometrial adenocarcinoma.The expression of S100 protein between two groups and the expression of S100 protein in patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma at different clinical stages were compared.Results:The level of S100 protein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The expression level of S100 protein in patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma at different stages was compared and ranked as follows:stageⅢ>stageⅡ>stageⅠ,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of immunohistochemistry technology in the diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma were 96.15%(75/78)and 96.25%(77/80).Conclusion:Immunohistochemical technology has certain application value in the diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma,and can provide reliable molecular biology basis for the formulation of treatment plans.
