摘　　要：皮肤性病学作为高职医学院校临床医学的必修课,开展课程思政建设对培养具有优良的职业道德和人文素养的皮肤科医生非常重要。目前,皮肤性病学课程思政建设存在认识不足、教学与思政融合不够、教学手段单一陈旧等问题。为推进皮肤性病学课程思政建设,应从提升教师育人能力、加强课程顶层设计、改革教学方法、建立评价体系等方面入手。首先,提高教师课程思政育人意识,使教师主动将思政元素融入课堂;其次,构建符合皮肤性病学专业特点的课程思政体系,深入挖掘课程蕴含的思政元素,形成系统的育人课程体系;再者,改革教学方式,选择贴近学生的思政素材,采用丰富的教学手段,实现思政与专业深度融合,使课程真正发挥育人作用;最后,建立科学的质量评价体系,对教学过程进行全面监控。皮肤性病学课程思政建设应适应时代发展需求,培养德才兼备的皮肤科医生。Dermatology and venereology is a compulsory course of clinical medicine in higher vocational medical colleges.It is very important to develop the ideological and political construction of the course to train dermatologists with excellent professional ethics and humanistic qualities.At present,there are some problems in the ideological and political construction of dermatology and venereology curriculum,such as lack of understanding,lack of integration of teaching and ideological and political education,and single outdated teaching methods.In order to promote the ideological and political construction of the course of dermatology and venereology,it should start from the aspects of improving teachers'ability to educate people,strengthening the top-level design of the course,reforming the teaching method and establishing the evaluation system.First of all,improve teachers'awareness of ideological and political education,so that teachers can actively integrate ideological and political elements into the classroom.Secondly,the curriculum ideological and political system conforming to the specialty characteristics of dermatology and venereology should be constructed,and the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum should be deeply explored to form a systematic educational curriculum system.In addition,it should reform the teaching methods,choose ideological and political materials close to the students,and adopt rich teaching methods to realize the deep integration of ideological and political science and professional,so that the curriculum can really play a role in educating people.Finally,establish a scientific quality evaluation system to monitor the teaching process.The ideological and political construction of the course of dermatology and venereology should meet the needs of the development of the times and train dermatologists with both virtue and ability.
