摘　　要：核转运蛋白α2(KPNA2)是一种调节细胞核与细胞质间物质交换的关键蛋白分子,在核质运输途径中起重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,KPNA2参与多种细胞生命活动,在病毒感染、细胞增殖、免疫应答和肿瘤转移等过程中发挥重要作用。深入研究KPNA2促进肝癌发生的机制,探讨其在肝癌发展中的作用,可为肝癌的诊断、治疗以及预后提供新的思路。Karyopherinα2(KPNA2),a key protein molecule that regulates the exchange of substances between the nucleus and the cytoplasm,plays an important role in the nucleocytoplasmic transport pathway.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have shown that KPNA2 is involved in a variety of cellular life activities and plays a significant part in viral infection,cell proliferation,immune response and tumor metastasis.Further study of the mechanism of KPNA2 in promoting the hepatocarcinogenesis and exploring its role in the development of liver cancer may provide new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of liver cancer.
